Beginner Workout Plan News, New Site, Contest and More

I’ve mentioned a few times that I’m working on a product that will take the Simple Starter Workout to the next level. Well, it’s almost done (just in time for those New Year’s Resolutions!), and the further along I get the more I believe it’s going to be a game-changer for anyone who wants to start a beginner workout program.

This is not going to be the standard internet e-book. It will have an audio program to guide you through the daily workout and more, and tracking worksheets so you can watch your progress. It will be like having a personal trainer with you in the gym! There will be literally no excuse for not getting your exercise.

In addition this program will include the One-Rule Diet. If you’ve read much I’ve written on nutrition, you may be able to guess the rule. This will considerably expand that information with in-depth help with what to eat and when.

The best part is it will cost less than one hour of personal training.

Simple Workout Web Site

To help you get more good, easy-to-use info for your workouts, I’ve started a new site, called simply Simple Workout. It’s got great tips for beginners, equipment suggestions, and diet ideas to help both men and women exercise and eat better.

Right now I’m running a contest there: when the brand new Simple Workout Facebook page reaches 100 fans, I’ll give away an Iron Gym to one of those fans. All you have to do is click the Like button there, and when the page reaches 100 fans I’ll choose one at random. So easy!

Today was the release day for a book everyone’s talking about: Tim Ferriss’ The 4-Hour Body. It promises “hacks” to help you get stronger, faster, smarter and better in bed.
